We offer the following:
- 16+ Days Prior to Departure Date : 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date : 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 6 days prior to departure: 30% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 1 day --> Non-refundable.
- If you do not show up at the pick-up time, your reservation will be reported as No show and will not apply for returns or change of date
• Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.
